Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of top-tier engineers to design cutting-edge horticultural lighting solutions.
• Participate in all phases of product development, from concept to prototyping and final testing.
• Apply your electrical engineering skills to solve complex challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
• Assist in developing detailed schematics, diagrams, and specifications to ensure product reliability and performance.
• Support the integration of advanced technologies and innovative designs into our product lineup.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and organizational practices to ensure project timelines are met.
• Take new products through the UL and Design Lights Consortium certification process.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and 0-3 years of relevant work experience are required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Passion for innovation and a keen interest in emerging technologies.

This position’s base salary ranges from $65,000 to $85,000, plus bonus opportunity and equity. We consider several factors when determining your pay, including education, skills, capabilities, and overall experience.
