GERMANTOWN, Md., October, 2024 – JumpLights®, a fast-growing, innovative horticulture lighting solutions company announced today that Aaron Lichtig has joined the company as its new head of marketing, product, and strategy. His appointment comes off of a strong year of product innovation and growth for JumpLights and on the heels of the recent appointment of Nick Bryant as VP of sales.
Lichtig comes to JumpLights after nearly 7 years at Xometry (NASDAQ: XMTR), where he led the marketing team that helped grow Xometry’s revenue nearly 30X and built the digital manufacturing industry’s top brand. Aaron joined Xometry at Series B stage and played a key role in Xometry’s IPO in 2021 as well as the company’s continued growth. Before joining Xometry in early 2018, he held a variety of marketing, strategy, brand management, and sales leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Google, and Partnership for a Healthier America.

A Maryland resident with an MBA from the University of Chicago, Lichtig was a one-day champion the game show Jeopardy! in January 2019. He will be based at JumpLights’ headquarters.
